Community Classes & One on One Sessions

Community Classes Richmond

My community classes are suitable for any level, whether it's your first class or seasoned yogi. Both classes offer movement to warm up the body, followed by standing and balancing poses to build strength and flexibility. Classes finish with a cool down and relaxation. 

I demonstrate throughout the class so if you are new to yoga or haven't done it in a while, please don't feel discouraged, we all have to start somewhere! Contact me if you have any questions or want to know more.

I am currently taking a break from teaching weekly classes in Term 1 2025 to focus on my own mental health and physical fitness. I will be taking some special sessions, please subscribe to my mailing list to be notified of dates and more information.

Coming up - Yoga and Sound Journey - Date TBC

Prepare to be immersed in a serene atmosphere, where the stresses of the outside world fade away, and you're left with nothing but peace and stillness. This event is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply centered. 

The session will include slow yoga, aimed at all levels, with an extra long relaxation shavasana/relaxation.
